our mission

Aside from delivering top talent, our mission is to simplify recruiting for our clients. We present clean, detailed, but to-the-point submissions for each candidate and neat weekly reports to efficiently manage active candidates.

fee structure

We present candidates at no cost to you. If you decide to hire a candidate, we charge a fee equal to 20% of their base salary upon hire. If the candidate is terminated or resigns in the first 180 days, we will replace the candidate at no cost. For hourly positions, we multiply the hourly rate by 2080 to get annual compensation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
  • Our standard is to present 1 qualified candidate within 3 days, and 3 qualified candidates within 1 week for each position. This is not in the contract as we cannot guarantee it, depending on the position requirements.
  • We actively pursue and target candidates who are not spending time on job boards, therefore significantly widening the target candidate pool.
  • We will screen all candidates on their technical skills and background, and also on their interest level in making a job change so the people sent to you are not only qualified, but also interested.
  • ​Candidates will be submitted to you with a resume and also a customized template, highlighting skills and addressing any areas of concern.
  • ​We can facilitate all interviews, offer presentation, and any onboarding as requested.
  • ​We will send weekly updates on the open positions until each role is filled.
What We Would Need From You
  • A job description, listing out the job responsibilities, position requirements (think we will screen out candidates who don’t have these), and preferred skills.
  • Details on company culture, perks, and any other information that will gain interest from target candidates. The more information we have, the better we can represent your company. 
  • ​Candidate feedback within 48 hours. Candidates are often lost in a slow recruiting process, quick turnaround helps keep them engaged and excited about the position.
